The Link feature in Ruly allows you to assign existing records to a parent record directly from a sublist, without creating duplicate records.
By enabling the Link option in View Properties, users can access a lookup of existing records that meet the sublist’s filtering criteria and link them to the appropriate parent record. For example, you can assign existing bugs to an employee through the Employee form’s Bugs sublist.
This feature provides greater flexibility by allowing users to either create new records or link existing ones.
