Visibility Rules in Ruly allow admins to dynamically control the sidebar and profile menu items based on current user data. This is different from using security groups for role-based permissions.
With visibility rules, menu nodes can be shown, hidden, enabled, or disabled depending on current user filter conditions.
This makes it easier to guide users toward actions that are relevant to them, while preventing access to features that aren’t currently applicable.
