Quick Tips: Build Workflow using Tasks [Video]

Create tasks and assign them to users automatically using Rules. Tasks appear as To Do items under the Bell icon, but can also be configured as popups that force the user to complete them before they can do anything else.

Tasks can be assigned either to individuals or to groups. When assigned to a group, any one person who completes the task removes it from everyones To Do list.
